Can my pets be home during the cleaning?
Absolutely! Your pets are welcome to stay home during our cleaning service. However, please keep in mind that some pets may be startled by the sound of our cleaning equipment, such as vacuums. If your pet is particularly sensitive to noise, you may want to consider keeping them in a separate, comfortable space during the cleaning.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
You are not required to be present during your scheduled cleaning. Many of our clients prefer to go about their day while we work. However, if you would like to be home during the service, we are more than happy to accommodate that as well. We want you to feel comfortable with whatever arrangement works best for you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept multiple payment methods including cash, cheque, and e-transfer. Payment is typically collected after the cleaning service is completed to your satisfaction.
Do you provide service outside of Beaumont?
We primarily serve the Beaumont community, as well as the immediate surrounding area. By focusing on Beaumont and its neighboring areas, we are able to maintain our high standards of service and build lasting relationships with our clients. If you live just outside Beaumont, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to discuss whether we can accommodate your location.
How many people will be cleaning my home?
We work in professional teams of 2 to 3 cleaners, depending on the size of your home and the scope of the cleaning. Working in teams allows us to complete your service efficiently while maintaining our exceptional attention to detail. All team members are trained, reliable, and committed to delivering the Perfectly Polished standard.
